Warranty for smartphones and tablets

DURATION : For a period of two years from the original date of purchase from your dealer.

Except for battery and charger is 6 months.

 

The warranty covers directly to consumers . After this period, the product will be out of warranty 3Go exempting its replacement or repair.

REPAIR - RESET : During the warranty period ( 2years ) repair or replacement shall be effected without charge by the product purchased. The duration of the warranty will remain in any case the date of purchase , not extended replacement / repair such guarantee .

This warranty covers the Product Package Contents . The warranty does not cover :

  1. Physical damage ( scratches or damages ) .
  2. Damages for loss of software , data, or media .
  3. Damage caused by excessive moisture or heat.
  4. A device with bright pixels will be changed only if the number of these is greater than 3 .
  5. 3Go reserves the right application of warranty if the product has been modified (hardware or software system level ) .
  6. WITHDRAWN BUMPER SIDE COVER SCREW CABINET OPENING WILL CAUSE IMMEDIATE REVERSAL OF WARRANTY.


This warranty does not apply if the malfunction is due to : ( 1) use of the Product in conjunction with accessories, products or ancillary peripherals, or where 3Go determines that its use is not recommended .

Warranty service is Collected / Delivered at home without additional cost to the consumer .

The processing of warranty constitutes acceptance of the conditions set out on page 1 .

* Direct warranty is only for tablets and smartphones 3Go . Other product should follow the distribution channel.

* The pick up / drop off service will be for the Iberian Peninsula.
